Amber was called by God to found EFRM after her late husband, Bradley, passed away from overdose in early 2021. She holds a degree in Advertising and Graphic Design, is a published author, and is currently enrolled through Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary to obtain her Full Certificate in Biblical Counseling. Her spiritual gifts of exhortation, wisdom, and faith combined with her effective entrepreneurial, writing and speaking gifts allow her to mentor and advocate for clients and anyone else impacted by the effects of addiction, trauma, or unresolved emotional wounds. Ministering to others is her life-passion.

Tucker and Amber married in 2023, after Tucker attended various recovery programs in his own recovery journey. Tucker spent five years at House of Prayer in Jamestown, NC, as a program participant, staff member, and volunteer. He credits his long-term recovery from drug and alcohol use to "the grace of God" and recognizes God's mercy and sovereignty in the plans God laid out for him in leading him to Amber. Tucker earned his CDL in 2023 and he, Amber, and Ava live happily in Winston-Salem area together.

Julie became a volunteer for EFRM in 2022, prior to accepting the Lord's invitation to officially come on board as ministry Treasurer. She is the Vice President of Upton Accounting in Seagrove, NC, and has a long-term career in the accounting industry. She feels addiction impacts every family in America to some degree and strongly believes in the ministry goal of helping repair the homes and family units holistically through the range of ministry services offered.

Danny joined EFRM efforts from the time it launched in 2021 and functions as an at-large board member. He has a decade of recovery from previous alcoholism to thank God for and mentors other men battling Substance Use Disorder, regularly. He is on the leadership team for a local Celebrate Recovery program which operates weekly in Greensboro, NC. He is a former business owner and lends essential wisdom, speaking appearances, mentorship, and general administrative help to ministry efforts.
